myWorkeeng enables people to interact with the company and the hybrid workplace services, simplifying habits and actions of employees, managers, HR, and facility management in the daily organization of their work and in the use of corporate spaces and services.

With myWorkeeng, you have access to a world of modules and features:

Work Status: employees organize their work time by setting their calendar to different states: "smart working", "business travel", "absence" or "in office", specifying in this case also the location. Thanks to the Work Status available on myWorkhera, function managers and HR always have a clear overview of the companys situation.

Desk Booking: helps employees easily and immediately search and book their workspace, providing the company with monitoring tools that assist in managing the flow of people in offices and improving safety conditions.

Room Booking: helps employees easily and immediately search and book meeting rooms. It is possible to check the availability of meeting rooms and to select an available one; the system will be updated in real-time, and lights and indicators positioned outside and inside the meeting rooms will indicate its occupancy status.

Find a Colleague: facilitates organization and collaboration among colleagues, by allowing to be aware of the presence in the office of people who have given their consent. Simply by searching for a colleagues name, it will be possible to see if they are in the office, and by accessing the calendar, view their future schedules.

Show the Occupant: a feature that allows you to view the name of the user who has booked and used resources such as "Meeting Rooms" and "Desks." The feature is accessible from both the resource list and the building maps.

Book Third Party: enables booking resources such as desks and parking spaces for third-party users, whether they are internal or external users.

Business Performance: a decisive additional tool for companies that provides access to KPIs and OKRs: a series of quantitative and qualitative measurement indicators to monitor business performance and employee well-being.
